To preserve and promote Tamil language and culture through engaging classes, cultural events, and community service — accessible to every family.
About Our School
Siragu Tamil School is a nonprofit community school that has been serving central Connecticut for 12 years. We operate every Friday evening at Wethersfield Middle School, teaching Tamil language and culture to children from Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, Cromwell, Glastonbury, Hartford, and surrounding towns.
Classes
Beginner to Advanced levels for ages 5–16. Small groups focus on speaking, reading, and writing.
Culture
Festivals, arts, and community gatherings that bring Tamil heritage to life for our students and families.
Curriculum
Affiliated to ITA (உலகத் தமிழ்க் கல்விக்கழகம் — International Tamil Academy).
